Baby Guinness:
3/4 oz. Kahlua
¼ oz. Baileys
In a shot glass, layer Baileys on top of the Kahlua.

Bloody Mary:
2 oz. Vodka
2-3 shakes of Worcestershire
1 shake of Tabasco
4 oz. Tomato juice (V8 works great)
Salt & Peper
Celery stalk
lemon wedge
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, squeeze the juice from one lemon wedge. Shake 2-3 times and strain into a highball glass ¾ filled with ice. Sprinkle salt and pepper, garnish with a celery stalk.

Blue Hawaiian:
2 oz. Malibu Coconut flavored rum
½ oz. Blue Curaco
3 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
Pineapple slice
Maraschino cherry
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour Malibu coconut flavored rum, Blue Curaco, pineapple juice and coconut cream. Shake 3-5 seconds and strain into a highball glass ¾ filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. peach schnapps
4-5 oz. orange juice
In a highball glass ¾ filled with ice, pour vodka, peach schnapps then top of with orange juice. Stir and enjoy.

Bahama Mama:
1 oz. Malibu Coconut flavored rum
1 oz. Meyer’s Dark Rum
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Orange juice
2-3 shakes of Grenadine

In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour Malibu Coconut flavored rum, Meyer’s dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine. Shake 3-5 seconds, pour into highball glass ¾ filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
Margarita:
2 oz. Tequila (silver or clear in color)
¾ oz. Triple Sec or Cointreau
2 oz. lime juice or sour mix
Lime wedge
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 4-6 seconds to build a good froth. Pour into margarita glass lightly coated with salt on the rim and garnish with a lime wedge.
Gin Alexander:
2 oz. Gin
¾ oz. White Crème de Cacao
1-1/2 oz. half & half
Nutmeg
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour gin, Crème de Cacao and half & half into shaker. Shake 3-5 seconds, strain into cocktail glass (martini glass) and lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.

Miami Beach Ice Tea:
½ oz. Rum (clear in color)
½ oz. Gin
½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Tequila (silver or clear in color)
½ oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. lemon juice or sour mix
1 oz. lemon-lime soda (Sprite works well)
Lemon wedge
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour rum, gin, vodka, tequila,
Blue Curacao and lemon juice. Shake 3-5 seconds, pour into highball glass.
Top with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Strawberry Daiquiri:
½ cup of strawberry daiquiri mix (Daily’s works well)
2 oz. rum
1 oz. lime juice or sour mix
Sugar
Strawberry wedges
In a blender ¼ filled with ice, pour strawberry daiquiri mix, rum, lime juice.
Blend 15-20 seconds until ice is finely crushed.
Run a lime wedge over rim of hurricane glass, and then dip the rim of the glass
into sugar to coat the rim. Pour mixture into hurricane glass. Garnish with a
strawberry wedge.

Alabama Slammer:
1-1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
½ oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Dash of Grenadine
In a cocktail shaker ¼ filled with ice, pour Southern Comfort, Amaretto,
dash of Grenadine, orange juice and lemon juice. Shake 3-5 seconds,
strain and pour into 2 shot glasses or one large shot glass as shown.

½ oz. vodka
½ oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
½ oz. Orange juice
In a cocktail shaker ¼ filled with ice, pour vodka, Midori and orange juice.
Shake 2-3 seconds and strain into shot glass.

2 oz. lychee syrup
½ oz. grenadine
1 mint leaf
In a cocktail shaker ½ filled with ice, pour gin, blue Curacao, lychee syrup and grenadine. Shake 3-5 seconds and strain into cocktail glass (martini glass). Garnish with a sprig of mint.
